ENERGY HELP DESK
The Energy Help Desk project, initiated by Bristol Energy Network in February 2022, addresses the challenges faced by individuals and communities dealing with energy-related issues and fuel poverty.
The initiative offers comprehensive 1:1 advice through drop-in and targeted sessions facilitated by experienced advisors. These sessions cover a wide array of topics, including managing energy bills, accessing government and local support schemes, effective communication with energy companies, energy-saving techniques, addressing home energy inefficiencies, signing up for priority services, and finding resources for home improvement and bill payment support.
Our Energy Help Desks are run by volunteers and we must secure funding before we can run a session. If you would like us to run a kiosk in your area, please register your interest using the contact form below.
